@Chelsea Purvis Hi Chelsea, when you’re in each piece, there is a little greyed out checkmark in a circle. If you click that it turns green. Some of them have multiple checkmarks for multiple pages. I can attach a photo if you want ☺️
Potential Q&A Monday Mar 23 @ 7:30AM MST
Wanted to gauge interest in hosting our first Q&A! If enough of you can make it, I'd love to get one on the calendar soon. We're still building out the structure as the group grows, so bear with me as we find our rhythm. Over time, we'll move toward consistent, scheduled Q&A sessions, but for now, let's start somewhere and go from there. Drop a comment if you're in!

Q&A Times
Hey everyone, starting to plan our upcoming community Q&A sessions and want to make sure the timing works for as many of you as possible. If you could take a moment to drop your preferred times in the comments below, that would be a huge help. Monday through Friday are all on the table, so feel free to share whatever windows tend to work best for your schedule. Please include your time zone alongside your availability so I can find the best fit for the group. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!

My schedule is pretty open!
Brain Protocol
What do you think the best brain protocol for people showing early signs of Alzheimer’s, dementia, or cognitive decline? From what I’ve been looking at, a strong starting point seems to be 10 mL of Cerebrolysin for 10 days, alongside 5 mg per day of Cortogen to support neuronal repair and neurotrophic signaling during that phase. After finishing that phase, the next step would be focusing on increasing IGF signaling, since that’s a major driver of neuroplasticity and regeneration. That’s where things like HGH and testosterone could potentially come into play. I’ve also seen people add compounds like DIHEXA and Pinealon to further support synaptic formation and long-term cognitive resilience. Curious how you’d structure something like this, or if you’d approach it differently.

Also interested in this topic. Both my mom’s mom & dad’s mom have/had dementia and I am interested in prevention for myself and my girls! Obviously diet plays a huge factor in this, and I’ve heard that microdosing a GLP can be a nice addition to a preventative protocol? (Dr Tyna podcast)

@Curtis Gillespie Sayers Yes! I’ve heard the same about PCOS - they’re calling it diabetes of the ovaries! Interested in trying reta once I’m done breastfeeding to see if it helps my “mom brain” at all haha
Welcome to The Healing Path!
I am so glad you are here. This community was built for people who are done settling for incomplete answers and are ready to go deeper on their health journey. My goal is simple. I want this to be the most valuable health education community you have ever been a part of. I am committed to bringing you information, insights, and education that most people have never had access to before, and to continuously raise the bar on what a community like this can offer. This is a judgment-free space where you can ask anything, share your experiences, and access education on topics that most people are not talking about, including supplements, peptides, lab interpretation, gut health, hormones, detoxification, perimenopause, autoimmune conditions, CIRS, mold illness, Lyme disease, and more. Here is what you can expect as a member: - Regular Q&A sessions where you can ask me anything - In-depth educational content on complex health topics - A supportive community of people on the same path - Course material and structured learning content coming soon - Occasional giveaways and member perks A quick reminder! If you have not yet completed your Membership Agreement, please do so as soon as possible. Members who have not signed within 24 hours of joining will be removed and are welcome to rejoin once it has been completed. You can find the link in the About section of this community. A few things to keep in mind. Everything shared here is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always work with your own healthcare provider before making any changes to your health protocol. To get started, introduce yourself below! Tell us your name, where you are from, and what brought you to The Path to Healing. I am excited to have you here and cannot wait to see where this community goes. This is just the beginning and I have a lot planned for this community, so stay tuned. To your health, Curtis!

Hi, I’m Danielle! I’m from a tiny town in Northern BC, and my husband has been working with Curtis for about a month now. Super excited to be here and learn all the things as we navigate through our health journeys. 😊
