Organic Acid Test Overview (my favorite test)
Hey everyone, I filmed a very lengthy organic acid test overview lol this is one of my favorite tests to run because it could really help shed light on pretty much any ailment or disease. Keep in mind loom has the option to slow it down to 0.8 speed lol https://www.loom.com/share/a8aa0ac88ce74a5bb7d9df0eef093cd2

I would be so interested in doing one of these. I feel better than I have in a long long time so I’d be curious to see what’s happening behind the scenes lol
Upload Your Labs For Review!
Hey everyone, Let's use this thread to upload any lab results you have. Even older ones can be helpful for everyone to learn from, whether it's blood work, stool tests, hormone testing, or something else. I can help interpret these labs. I can't provide full treatment options since that goes beyond just looking at labs, but I'm happy to offer suggestions or help guide you on what to do next.

Not a ton to analyze here. But I do want to say that this is the first time in 4 years that my RBC, HCT, and HGB have been in range (left). I wanted to say a huge thank you for all your help 🥳

Case Study: A Phased, Multi-System Recovery in a 50-Year-Old Female Client
Hey everyone, I’d like to share a recent client transformation as a case study, so you can see the steps we took. I want to point out that everyone is unique. This program was designed just for this client, based on her needs, how she responded at each stage, and the results of specific tests. I’m sharing this to show how we adjust and sequence interventions over time, not as a plan to follow exactly. Client Snapshot * Age and sex: 50-year-old female * Start date: Mid-December * Presenting picture: Bloodwork suggested an elevated viral load, along with low energy and persistently low motivation. Phase 1: Foundational Antiviral, Immune, and Detox Support Since her bloodwork showed a higher viral load, we started by supporting her immune system and helping her body’s detox and drainage pathways: * Phospholipids * B vitamins * Fisetin * Spermidine * Higher-dose vitamin C * Injectable glutathione * Livagen * NAC (N-acetylcysteine) * Milk thistle * TUDCA * Magnesium L-threonate * Electrolytes and minerals * Andrographis After about a week, since she responded well, we added two more bioregulator peptides: * Pinealon * Vesugen Her energy and motivation improved, and her sleep got a bit better too. Phase 2: Addressing Constipation (Antimicrobial Shift) As we continued, constipation became more of a problem. We switched to a more antimicrobial approach and added support for gut motility: * GI Microb-X (Designs for Health) * Motility Pro (Integrative Therapeutics), a natural motility aid We continued this for three weeks, and after that, constipation was resolved. Phase 3: Tissue Repair and Cellular Senescence Protocol Next, we focused on repairing tissue and clearing out senescent, or aged, cells: * BPC-157 and TB-500 at a higher dose for one week * A senescence (senolytic) protocol using FOXO4-DRI She had a stronger reaction during the senolytic phase, which can happen as the body clears out cellular debris and toxins. To help with this, we added homeopathic drainage remedies (UNDA). After that, her response improved, and both her sleep and mood kept getting better.

Smelling Mold
Hi! I think I’m getting a bit of a cold (typical sore throat, stuffy/runny nose symptoms). Super weird though - everything smells like mold to me. I went to Walmart and the whole produce section smelled like mold. Our house? Mold. Towels? Mold. Laundry in the washer? Mold. I had fries at a restaurant and they tasted like moldy rotten potatoes. What could this be? I usually have an *extremely* sensitive sense of smell, but this seems a bit wild haha. Or maybe I’ve just developed a new super power 😂

@Curtis Gillespie Sayers thank you!! I need to order more clear! Okay, so anytime I do a sinus rinse it doesn’t come out the other side, do you know why that would be? Haha
