Welcome to The Healing Path!
I am so glad you are here. This community was built for people who are done settling for incomplete answers and are ready to go deeper on their health journey. My goal is simple. I want this to be the most valuable health education community you have ever been a part of. I am committed to bringing you information, insights, and education that most people have never had access to before, and to continuously raise the bar on what a community like this can offer. This is a judgment-free space where you can ask anything, share your experiences, and access education on topics that most people are not talking about, including supplements, peptides, lab interpretation, gut health, hormones, detoxification, perimenopause, autoimmune conditions, CIRS, mold illness, Lyme disease, and more. Here is what you can expect as a member: - Regular Q&A sessions where you can ask me anything - In-depth educational content on complex health topics - A supportive community of people on the same path - Course material and structured learning content coming soon - Occasional giveaways and member perks A quick reminder! If you have not yet completed your Membership Agreement, please do so as soon as possible. Members who have not signed within 24 hours of joining will be removed and are welcome to rejoin once it has been completed. You can find the link in the About section of this community. A few things to keep in mind. Everything shared here is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always work with your own healthcare provider before making any changes to your health protocol. To get started, introduce yourself below! Tell us your name, where you are from, and what brought you to The Path to Healing. I am excited to have you here and cannot wait to see where this community goes. This is just the beginning and I have a lot planned for this community, so stay tuned. To your health, Curtis!

Osteoporosis and Peptides
asking for my mom who also has Alzheimer’s…. She’s 62 and cannot workout like a normal person due to degradation of gross motor skills… she is still able to walk and is walking as much as she can! Is Cartalax my best bet for that?
2 Dog Questions
1️⃣ one of our pups (black and white) itches like crazy - paws, face, and will scratch behind her ears. The vet uses apoquel but she’s only 3.5 years old so I hate to do that. 2️⃣ other pup’s (white and tan) right ear is red, stinks, itches. We clean it and brown goo comes out. I clean it with 50/50 alcohol and water. She dreads the cleaning, but she is so happy afterwards and loves it then.

Blood thinners and artificial heart valve
I have a question regarding peptide use for my husband. He has an artificial heart valve and is on blood thinners since the age of 10 (strep had a false negative and it attacked his heart valve and knee and was flown to OHSU the next day) , but otherwise he is very healthy. He exercises regularly, maintains a healthy body weight and body fat percentage, and is generally in good condition. We eat clean 85% and mostly organic just too much beer:) His back goes out occasionally, and I was wondering if there are any contraindications or concerns with using BPC-157 and TB-500 in someone with his medical history. The dosing I was considering would be: • BPC-157: 500-1,000 mcg daily• TB-500: 500-1,000 mcg daily Given his artificial heart valve and anticoagulation therapy, are there any known risks, interactions, or reasons these peptides would not be appropriate? Would any additional monitoring be recommended? We are careful and educated on supplements such as Turmeric, omegas, K2 and others but if he is consistent can usually incorporate them somewhat but any other supplements we should be mindful of?
