And suddenly there's a conversation, a connection, maybe even a friendship or an opportunity that wouldn't have existed if that person had stayed quiet.

I want that to happen here.

That's actually why I'm writing this. Because this community has the people, the experience, and the heart for it. We just need someone to go first.
