June/July Schedule: Water Fast, Juice Fast, Raw Vegan Challenge + Parasite Cleanse 🍉✨

After we complete the colon cleanse, we’re going to take a two-week break so everyone can regroup, relax, integrate, and let the body settle before we move into the next phase.
Then starting June 12th, we’ll begin our next detox journey together:
June 12th to June 14th3-Day Water Fast
June 15th to June 17th3-Day Juice Fast
June 18th to July 8th21-Day Raw Vegan Challenge
From what I tuned into, those of you who did the water fast around two months ago felt a little off afterward because there wasn’t much direction around how to reintroduce foods, what to eat, or how to support the body after fasting and juicing for that long.
So this is what I channeled would be the best thing to follow after the water fast and juice fast: a 21-Day Raw Vegan Challenge.
This will help the body reintroduce food in a lighter, cleaner, and more intentional way, while also helping you create new habits around food, discipline, detoxing, and connecting deeper to self.
And while we’re doing the raw vegan challenge, I also want everyone to follow along with a parasite cleanse if they feel called to. So yes, we are doing quite a bit, but it’s all designed to assist the body in healing, cleansing, releasing, and rebuilding in a more supported way.
I’ll be guiding you through the parasite cleanse, the fasting, and the raw vegan challenge step by step.
Now, you do not need to do everything. If you can at least do the most important pieces, which are the fasting and the raw vegan challenge, that alone can help massively. Then you can always pick up the parasite cleanse afterward if that feels better for you.
But I do really feel the parasite cleanse would be ideal to do alongside this, and I think it’s going to be fun, powerful, and very supportive for the body.
The 21-Day Raw Vegan Challenge course will be ready soon, and I’ll have recipes for each day. You do not have to follow the recipes exactly, but they’ll be there to give you inspiration, structure, and support.
We’ll also make it fun inside the group by doing little challenges, like posting our favorite meal of the day, sharing what we’re making, and keeping each other accountable as we all try our best.
For those of you who struggle with fully raw vegan, you can also do this as 75% raw vegan, where your last meal of the day is a cooked vegan meal.
But I do want to challenge everyone to try and push themselves to do at least one full week raw vegan and see how your body feels, how your digestion shifts, how your energy changes, and what comes up emotionally around food.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, trying your best, and allowing the body to experience something new.
I will be opening the WhatsApp group for all of these days so we can stay connected, share our experience, ask questions, and support each other through the whole process.
I’ll also be offering 3 Zoom check-ins throughout the month to assist everyone and help guide you through anything that comes up physically, emotionally, or energetically.
This next phase is going to be a big reset. We’ll be cleansing, creating new habits, supporting the body, and learning how to move forward after fasting in a way that feels more grounded, nourishing, and connected.
