Post-workout feeling
TomGPT, I have been watching a lot of content creators saying that they feel energized after a workout…why do I feel like I went through war after my workout?

Home workouts split
Heyy. Here's the workout plan I've been doing. Energy levels aren't really there right now so twice a week lang ang kaya for now. Thinking of keeping a home version and then maybe gym sessions just for the heavier stuff, maybe leg press & hip thrust. Anyone went through the same thing? Any tips? Here's my 3x a week gym routine previously: Quads leg press, goblet squat, walking lunge, leg extension, hip abduction Back lat pulldown, v grip cable row, straight arm pulldown, face pull Glutes & Hamstrings romanian deadlift, hip thrust, lying leg curl, single leg press, cable kickback Core plank, side plank

3 minutes just to do 4 reps 🙃 Don’t watch every moment, But I spend about a minute gathering mana as I’m about to lift a weight that I know I can lift - I just haven’t lifted it before I try to do some chase reps (you’ll see me try to rapidly recover myself in order to do more and I don’t typically take this long for the mini rest) but I seem to have found my limits yesterday I don’t think I could have done it without the shouting I’d like to think I’m pretty efficient when it comes to my energy use and set up
