Heyy. Here's the workout plan I've been doing. Energy levels aren't really there right now so twice a week lang ang kaya for now. Thinking of keeping a home version and then maybe gym sessions just for the heavier stuff, maybe leg press & hip thrust.
Anyone went through the same thing? Any tips?
Here's my 3x a week gym routine previously:
Quads
leg press, goblet squat, walking lunge, leg extension, hip abduction
Back
lat pulldown, v grip cable row, straight arm pulldown, face pull
Glutes & Hamstrings
romanian deadlift, hip thrust, lying leg curl, single leg press, cable kickback
Core
plank, side plank
