Stop expecting results on a timeline that doesn’t match the goal
One of the hardest parts of building anything meaningful is doing all the work and still feeling like nothing is happening. You’re showing up. You’re improving. You’re staying disciplined. "Hey everyone! I wanted to jump on here and introduce myself. I am new to the AI Advantage community. My name is Kimberly Dyer, and I’m a new real estate agent in South Georgia. This is my 2nd career. I was a Small Community Bank Banker for over 25 years. My true path in this industry was shaped when my precious mother passed away, and I chose to manage the sale of her home myself as a For Sale By Owner property. Navigating that deeply emotional process first-hand taught me exactly how overwhelming, stressful, and tender that transition can be—and it ignited a fierce passion in me to protect others walking a similar road, ensuring they always have a true advocate in their corner. My goals? Cutting out the administrative noise so I can free up my time to do what I do best: focusing entirely on face-to-face client care and negotiation. It is important to me to have systems in place that work with my adhd/neurodivergent brain so I can respond and not be in a reactive overwhelm constantly. I am not looking to use AI to replace the human interaction and service. I want to use it to supercharge my efficiency so I can serve people even better.
