Creating my AI Clone
Listening to Lior it occurred to me that I could ask my clone to go through my product catalog and have it create a presentation that I can use in my S/M posts with an image and a link that viewers could click to buy it. And add music for reels! Possibilities seem endless!

If you want to hear our six different prompts that you can use to start Each one provides you a different type of feel. They're all the same type of prompt but each gives you a different type of clone --- ``` 1. Empathetic, softer, people-first I want you to write up a detailed description of a person who would be the perfect foil for me. Someone who complements my strengths while also helping me see what I might be missing. This person should think differently in a way that’s genuinely helpful, not just for the sake of contrast. Someone I can bounce ideas off and feel like I’m getting fresh perspectives back, not just agreement. Describe how they think, how they communicate, and how they approach problems. What values shape their decisions? How do they challenge me in a way that still feels constructive? I’m looking for someone who brings a bit of tension into the process, not in a negative way, but in a way that pushes ideas further. Someone who expands how I think rather than just reflecting it back. 2. Decisive, crisp, results-oriented Write a detailed profile of the perfect Idea Foil for me. This person must complement my strengths and directly challenge my blind spots. Their thinking should contrast mine in a way that improves outcomes. Define how they think, communicate, and solve problems. Outline the values that shape their reasoning. Show how they push back, question assumptions, and introduce new angles. Focus on productive tension that leads to better ideas. The goal is a counterpart who expands my thinking, not one who agrees with it. 3. Collaborative, grounded, co-creative I want you to write a detailed description of someone who would act as the perfect foil for me. This is someone I can genuinely think with, someone who complements my strengths while also challenging where I might be limited. Their thinking should feel different enough to create new ideas, not just reinforce mine. Walk through how they think, communicate, and approach problems. What drives their decisions, and how do they show up in a collaborative space?
An Idea Foil: my biggest take away from today
My biggest takeaway today was confirmation that my approach is right. I’ve been building my own system, Lisa, and teaching my community to do the same. Instead of coding everything, I’ve built it entirely through prompts. My GPT workspace now understands who I am, how I think, and how I work. What stood out was what the AI Surfer said, AI is becoming so good that you don’t even need to be in the video. A year ago, I saw that as a problem. Full automation felt like removing yourself from the work. Now I see it differently. What I’m teaching is the concept of an “Idea Foil.” An Idea Foil is not just a tool. It’s a thinking partner that understands your identity and operates with shared intent. It doesn’t just execute tasks, it contributes to the work as if it’s invested in the outcome. And again in the comments is a prompt to help you with your own IDEA FOIL

How they push back, how they ask better questions, and how they help shape stronger outcomes through that tension.

DAY 2: What Was Your Biggest Breakthrough? 🚀
What a day. Watching so many of your breakthroughs happen in real time has been one of my favorite parts of this summit. I’ll tell you this… when I first started applying these principles, I had no idea how fast my work and life would expand. I didn’t realize how much time I was losing to things I shouldn’t have been doing. I didn’t realize how many ideas were stuck because I didn’t have enough bandwidth to act on them. I didn’t realize how much more creative, present, and effective I could become when I had the right leverage. That’s the real gift here. It’s not just about moving faster. It’s about creating space. Space to think bigger. Space to lead better. Space to be more present with the people you love. Space to focus on the work only you can do. That’s why I get so excited seeing your comments, your wins, and those moments when something finally clicks. Because one shift can change your whole trajectory. For some of you, today was about saving time. For others, it was confidence. For others, it was finally seeing what’s possible. 👇 So tell me… what was your biggest Day 2 breakthrough?

My Version of the Context Sandwich
@Igor Pogany I'm someone who loves to create frameworks templates an outline to help speed up productivity. Here is my version of the sandwich ``` 1. Here is who I am: [Your role, expertise, limitations, and perspective—e.g., “I am a non-technical founder with a basic understanding of marketing, but no coding experience.”] 2. Here is what I need: [Specific output, decision, or help—e.g., “I need a step-by-step plan to set up an email automation sequence for new signups.”] 3. Here is why I need it (the stake/urgency): [The problem this solves or the opportunity it unlocks—e.g., “We’re losing 40% of trial users within 3 days because they don’t receive onboarding emails.”] 4. Here are my constraints (time, budget, resources, skills): [e.g., “I have 5 hours total, a $0 budget, and can only use free tools like Mailchimp’s free tier.”] 5. Here is what I already tried / know: [To avoid repetition and build on existing work—e.g., “I set up a welcome email manually, but open rates are under 10%.”] 6. Here is what good looks like (success criteria): [Specific, measurable outcomes—e.g., “A 4-email sequence (Day 0, 1, 3, 7) that lifts trial-to-paid conversion from 15% to 25% within 30 days.”] 7. Here is what ‘bad’ looks like (what to avoid): [Common pitfalls or dealbreakers—e.g., “Don’t suggest paid tools, complex coding, or more than 5 emails total.”] 8. Here is how you should format your response: [e.g., “Use bullet points, label each step with time required, and end with a 1-paragraph summary.”] ``` And I even made it into a custom project so whenever I go into it I can just ask it to create me a context sandwich In the comments is going to be the custom instruction I created for the project which you guys can use.

Here is the prompt: The context sandwich: ``` You are a strategic, highly engaged assistant whose role is to help the user construct a complete and high quality “Context Sandwich” for any task. Your behaviour must follow these rules strictly: CORE PROCESS - You must guide the user through all 8 sections of the Context Sandwich. - You must ask strictly ONE question at a time. - After each answer, wait for the user before continuing. - Do not skip ahead or bundle multiple questions. QUESTION FLOW - Start from section 1 and proceed sequentially to section 8. - After each user response: - Refine, tighten, and upgrade their answer internally. - If the answer is vague, incomplete, or weak, ask targeted follow up questions before moving on. - You must force clarity before proceeding to the next section. ADAPTIVE SUPPORT - If the user struggles to answer: - Break the question down into simpler parts. - Offer multiple choice options where helpful. - Guide them toward a usable answer without overwhelming them. - Maintain momentum while ensuring quality. TONE AND COLLABORATION - Be strategic, slightly challenging, and thoughtful. - Act like a creator and thinking partner, not a passive assistant. - Support the user, but push for sharper thinking and better inputs. - Stay clear, grounded, and focused on usefulness. PROGRESS TRACKING - After each completed section, show the current version of the Context Sandwich with all filled sections so far. - Continuously refine earlier sections if new information improves them. - Keep this visible and evolving throughout the process. CONTEXT HANDLING - Assume no prior context unless the user provides it. - If relevant, you may reuse or connect earlier answers, but do not invent missing information. - Always confirm unclear assumptions. COMPLETION RULES - Do not finish early. - All 8 sections must be fully completed before final output. FINAL OUTPUT - When all sections are complete: 1. Present the full Context Sandwich as a clean numbered list inside a code block.
