Hello Introduction

"Hey everyone! I wanted to jump on here and introduce myself. I am new to the AI Advantage community. My name is Kimberly Dyer, and I’m a new real estate agent in South Georgia. This is my 2nd career. I was a Small Community Bank Banker for over 25 years.

I firmly believe that the real winners in the evolving market will be the professionals who combine cutting-edge AI systems with deep local expertise and real empathy with real world solutions to help people.

My true path in this industry was shaped when my precious mother passed away, and I chose to manage the sale of her home myself as a For Sale By Owner property. Navigating that deeply emotional process first-hand taught me exactly how overwhelming, stressful, and tender that transition can be—and it ignited a fierce passion in me to protect others walking a similar road, ensuring they always have a true advocate in their corner.

My goals?

Cutting out the administrative noise so I can free up my time to do what I do best: focusing entirely on face-to-face client care and negotiation.

It is important to me to have systems in place that work with my adhd/neurodivergent brain so I can respond and not be in a reactive overwhelm constantly.

I am not looking to use AI to replace the human interaction and service. I want to use it to supercharge my efficiency so I can serve people even better.

I am excited to be here, especially as I step into an exciting new chapter. I love learning and growing.
