Asking for suggestions
I've been living 80/10/10 RV for the past 4 months and I'm constantly improving on this path. Not yet ready to use my Lifestyle Health Coach Level One Certification until I think my own diet is where I think it needs to stay for optimal health. I've had many days over 10% fat and have just two days ago eliminated tahini and green salad olives from my big daily salads because I realized that I've been feeling more sluggish and I've gained over 5 pounds actually about 8 pounds. Now I have been weightlifting so some weight gain perhaps is alright and am at 2800 calories per day level but still I think that being too close to the 10% fat daily limit has caused me to increase weight. I'm at 183 and want to get back down under 180 to high 170's which for me at 6'4" is a much leaner self and I think that will happen in just a few days from now that I'm doing lower fat. Also i dont know about you but for me when im at a more optimal weight for me workouts tend to go better like i dont feel like im working against myself. Little by little I'm eliminating bad things from my diet and improving which I'm very proud of as I should be. So with my salads I have Skinny Girl dressings either balsamic vinegarette, poppyseed, or Italian dressing. This to me is one hurdle I'm struggling to overcome. After a while of doing no salad dressing and making my own fruit dressing I cannot find any dressing I make that tastes good to me. I did buy a raw vegan salad dressings recipe book but all were high fat. I know that some of the ingredients in Skinny Girl dressings are not optimal for me like vinegar, sodium, and etc. So I wanted to ask the community for some yummy salad dressing recipes so I can save money and evolve my health this coming new year and beyond?
