Already down 5lbs & feeling like a new me!
Y’all… I gotta say this program has been a game changer for me. 🙌🏾 The food makes it so easy because I don’t feel like I’m on some strict boring diet. I’m actually enjoying what I eat. And the visualization exercises? Whew, they’ve shifted my whole reality. I just started my third Challenge today and I’ve already dropped 5 pounds from the first two. But more than that, I’ve been moving, cooking, even talking to myself differently like I’m really stepping into the future version of me. 💕 Honestly, I’m just so grateful I found this group. I never thought about weight loss this way, but now everything feels possible. Thank you @Karmen Stewart

I lost 22lbs effortlessly with Karmen!
Honestly, I’m not entirely sure how much weight I’ve lost since I started working with Karmen, but I think it’s around 22–23 pounds. One of the biggest struggles I had with weight loss was feeling like I was always on a diet,eating healthy, exercising consistently but never actually losing weight. It wasn’t until I started working with Karmen that weight loss genuinely became effortless. She gave me a super easy plan to follow, and once I actually stuck to it, the weight immediately started falling off. The best part is, I can still eat the same foods I normally eat day-to-day. I just modify them to fit the plan and I’m still able to lose weight every single week. All I literally have to do is stick to the plan, and weight loss has become effortless for me. That’s crazy for me to say because I’ve been overweight for the past 25 years of my life. The fact that Karmen was able to help me change that in just a few months has been mind-blowing. If you’re on the fence about working with Karmen, I would say it would be a mistake to choose anyone else but her. @Karmen Stewart I just want to give a BIG thank you to you. Working with you literally changed my life and I am so thankful that I found you when I did.
