Y’all… I gotta say this program has been a game changer for me. 🙌🏾 The food makes it so easy because I don’t feel like I’m on some strict boring diet. I’m actually enjoying what I eat. And the visualization exercises? Whew, they’ve shifted my whole reality. I just started my third Challenge today and I’ve already dropped 5 pounds from the first two. But more than that, I’ve been moving, cooking, even talking to myself differently like I’m really stepping into the future version of me. 💕
