Happy Gratitude Friday!
So much gratitude to everyone who made our first zoom call! We had an amazing group of Courageous, Curious, Connect, and Commitment teammates.

Homework: Our first 30 day classroom log is now available on the classroom tab. (attached a photo as well). I highly recommend you begin to expand from our zoom meeting with this practice! I also have a template attached under our "Education" Tab!

Office Hours/Next Date: I will have open hours from 8:30-9:30am (Link in calendar). These are useful to expand off of our monthly zoom meeting
-Next Group Zoom is February 19th at 6:30pm.
Wellness Day/Date: If you want to experience an upcoming wellness day, make sure you poll for Parke! In addition, our first one day ceremony dates are March 29th and April 26th (Saturdays). More detail to come!
