Make A Choice. You have ONE Week🚨
Happy HumpDay Everyone! As many of you, I also continue to battle the difficulty of the seasonal blues. Family, Business, and Lifestyle stress has been overwhelming. However I am continuing to practice PVP daily even through the hard times. Although grateful that the cold makes my daily plunges convenient, It is sometimes inevitable to become pulled down into lower frequencies/vibration that cause challenge, fatigue, sickness, and mental depression during this time of year. The importance for maintaining your Wholebeing wellness is the first A of Integration, which is Awareness. Just be able to notice how your energy continues to shift and flux, while also trying to not react, and just let It BE. Most importantly, our strongest asset #HERE is accountability. So even struggling, or thriving, share your insight for our collective growth. 📚TIME FOR SOME HOMEWORK: To prepare and motivate you all for our upcoming zoom meeting next Wednesday, you have one week to complete the following. 1) Poll: let me know if you are going to make It! (Wednesday at 6:30pm) 2) Watch, or rewatch, "The Matrix": Only the first of the three. If you get the bug to watch all three, even better! 3) Journal: As a continuation from last month's zoom meeting, journal 3 big takeaways from The Matrix that relate to our topics of Spirituality, Integration, and the Soul's Journey. OR simply write a few paragraphs about the movie that provide you deeper context from our topics. At least 2/4 Sneads have had colds for the last month and I feel like I'm on my second round, facing a return to the office five days/week for the first time in 8 years and haven't worked out in 3 weeks. Starting to get sucked into the "sick and tried of feeling sick and tired" sour attitude today BUT also meditated and did a peloton workout yesterday. And everyone in my close personal life is happy, safe, and healthy, so trying to acentuate the positives and enjoy a "snow" day with my girls.

They bring about feelings of security and and consistency. For many of us, routines are how we move forward with our purpose. Yet as we continue to go inward, we feel a deeper sense of expansion, evolution, and exploration of the routines we develop. For example, use this analogy of surfing. Eventually we find that perfect wave and ride out, only to realize that the sand awaits us so that we can go back into the water to ride again. Within my fitness community, I emphasize variance within our physical experience. Many fitness cultures become one-dimensional with exercises, routines and programs. I am not saying this is bad by any means, however because are multi-dimensional by nature, It only makes sense to express ourselves that way. So when we explore exercises using sandbags and medballs, we rely less upon the traditional routine of a handle, and experience a new way of BEing. #GiftForGrowth: Start by taking a step on the stairs without reaching for the handle, even if it feels steep. You then awaken to the truth that you need less handles in your life.
