Hi, I'm Mel, long time follower, first time poster :P I'm 47, former varsity athlete and played high level vball into my early 40s until I blew my ACL. I started to put on weight after baby #2 and then the ACL rip put me off course completely. Looking forward to getting the right pieces put back in place (habit, nutrition, movement) to get me back.
