I'm Garrett from Laguna Beach, California. 🤙
I'm a lifelong surfer and a pro Skimboarder. I helped Shane build out the program and community. I'd love to hear how you're enjoying the workouts so far.
I have controls here, so if Shane is out, I can answer questions or make any changes if needed.
After working on this for so long, I'm finally doing the program myself starting November 1st, and I'm canceling my gym membership. See you in the water.
