Coconut water is packed with valuable nutrients for the whole family, especially for children. It contains potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin C, folic acid, and B-complex vitamins. During hot weather or after physical activity, coconut water is a much healthier option than energy drinks loaded with sugar, chemicals, and artificial flavors. Far from benefiting our children, those drinks harm their health.
