"Foods with choking hazards"
One of the worst experiences we can face as parents is having our child choke on something while eating, which could lead to a tragedy. Here’s a list of foods to completely avoid during the first 6 years of life. Additionally, don’t forget the importance of taking a first aid course and preparing yourself to assist your children if needed. - Popcorn - Whole grapes - Peanuts, almonds, and other unchopped nuts - Olives - Large pieces of meat or chicken - Medium or large candies - Hot dogs - Carrots - Chewing gum

"Coconut water: Nature's electrolytes"
Coconut water is packed with valuable nutrients for the whole family, especially for children. It contains potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin C, folic acid, and B-complex vitamins. During hot weather or after physical activity, coconut water is a much healthier option than energy drinks loaded with sugar, chemicals, and artificial flavors. Far from benefiting our children, those drinks harm their health.
