“Foods for kids to grow taller”
Although a large part of height is determined by genetics, diet and healthy habits such as sleep can also help. Here are some foods that can help our children reach their maximum height: - Dairy products - Egg - Fish - Beef - Spinach - Almonds - Lentils - Nuts - Olive oil

"Activity: Planting chia seeds"
This is a fun, enriching, and easy way to teach our children about nature and the cycle of life. All you need is a pot, soil, chia seeds, and a little water. In a few days, the leaves will start to grow, and taking care of them is relatively simple.

"Talent is forged in calm... Character, in the storm."
This quote reminds us of the importance of allowing our children to build their character through adversity. Even though it may hurt us as parents, we should be grateful for the challenges and difficult trials our children face, and while we must be there to support them, we must not forget that these are their struggles and that we should not confront them on their behalf. This will allow them to grow into children with better self-esteem, autonomy, and self-confidence.

"Survey: Would you check your children’s cell phones?"
This is a recurring question that many parents ask themselves. While privacy and trust are important, the well-being and safety of our children are even more crucial. This is especially true during adolescence, a stage where dangers are pervasive and immaturity constantly exposes them to risks. My point of view: first, never give a cell phone before the age of 16. After that, it’s okay to check it sporadically, and as they earn our trust, do it less and less.

"Book recommendation: The Whole-Brain Child"
From the authors Daniel J. Siegel and Tina Payne, renowned parenting specialists, this book provides us with many tools to improve our parenting. Understanding how a child's brain works is fundamental, as one of our main mistakes is expecting our children to behave or reason like adults. Without a doubt, a great recommendation for all Super Parenting Community!
