Hello everyone, welcome to my Super Parenting Diary at Skool!
I'm happy to have you here in this special space for me. You’ll find a new lesson about motherhood, fatherhood, and parenting every day, which could be a reflection, a tip, a book, a quote, a scientific study, a news article, and more... 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 I firmly believe that parenting is a continuous learning process of trial and error, so taking small steps every day is the easiest and most practical way to become the superheroes our kids need. 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️ The idea is that you don’t miss out on the lesson of the day, which will take just a few minutes of your time but can bring powerful changes for you and your family. If you miss a lesson one day, don’t worry; they will stay here and be categorized by content. ✅ What you’ll find here isn’t on my social media; this is an exclusive and safe space to share with you the most valuable lessons I've learned not only in these years since launching my "Súper Papás" Podcast, where I've had the honor of interviewing countless parenting specialists but also what I've learned as a father, husband, educational and sports entrepreneur, writer, and recurring guest on TV shows and podcasts as a specialist in family values and parenting. ❤️ Also, being in written format allows me to go even deeper, while also being more practical so we can achieve better results together in less time. 📝 Lastly, don’t forget to comment, like, and interact with the community; your participation is essential. If you’d like us to talk about a specific topic or answer a question, be sure to put it in the "community questions" section so it can be used as a lesson for one of the upcoming days. 👍

“Foods for kids to grow taller”
Although a large part of height is determined by genetics, diet and healthy habits such as sleep can also help. Here are some foods that can help our children reach their maximum height: - Dairy products - Egg - Fish - Beef - Spinach - Almonds - Lentils - Nuts - Olive oil

"Activity: Planting chia seeds"
This is a fun, enriching, and easy way to teach our children about nature and the cycle of life. All you need is a pot, soil, chia seeds, and a little water. In a few days, the leaves will start to grow, and taking care of them is relatively simple.

"Stay away from losers"
It doesn't matter how good a job we do as parents; if we don't protect our children's close circle, everything will be wasted. There are many parents who are not doing their job, and our children shouldn't have to face the consequences. Therefore, we must do everything possible to prevent our children from associating with individuals who have bad habits, lack values, and lack direction in life. One of my favorite books is The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene, and one of those laws states: "Avoid the losers." Although it's a harsh lesson, it is fundamental that we all follow it to prevent anyone from hindering our goals, which also applies to parenting.
