Did you know that 10 minutes of mindfulness practice can aid in reducing anxiety?? Today I wanted to share about Six Spiritual practices we can each try this weekend and as we start the last week of April. 1. Shared Sacredness (Sunshine’s!) 2. Embodiment (family time, girls’ nights, church/group meeting) 3. Stillness, Silence, and Focus (medication, time in nature) 4. Transcending the Self (prayer, spirituality) 5. Be Slow to Anger, Quick to Forgive 6. Find Awe in Nature Have you heard of them?
