Hey ladies. I just wanted to talked about my morning routine to get in my protein for the day. When I first get up, on my days off, I wait about an hour before making my coffee, drinking up some water. Approx 20oz. Then I prep breakfast for me and Adeline. My usual go to is Kodiak waffles and few sausage links, and some fruit if it's on hand. Adeline had get own pancakes this morning and some banana. ~Approx 18g protein My coffee is 12oz white coffee, with level 1 protein(salted peanut butter) , collagen(vanilla) , and been using sugar free Twix creamer. ~Approx 46g protein My days I work, I will wake up and get things together for work drinking my water. Making coffee to go. And when I get to work I'll have a clear phormula 1 drink with about 20oz water with a protein bar. ~Approx 44g protein Drinking water first after waking up had been a big game changer for me. Most morning I don't feel so much like I'm dragging. Even if I'm tired, the water first is very helpful. In a previous post I talked about or bodies craving water first. I always thought "whatever" soooo I'm here to tell you, drink that damn water first! Lol Love you all, Happy Tuesday!
