Memorial Day Weekend. Community Connection.

Happy Friday Syndicate Friends. I want to start by thanking

for a wonderful chat yesterday, helping me pull my thoughts together on the loss that has been consuming me the last couple of weeks, and the possibilities ahead. This is what I created this community for. Real world business and lgbtq professionals to have a place to support each other, grow, and learn from each other. If you only meet one person here that has made your business or life a little bit richer for the experience, I have done my job and am happy with what we have built together.

I want to thank all of the wonderful members who contribute regularly and those who check in when they can. It takes all of us to make something special, even though we are all awfully busy. Special shout out besides Shanti, to

This Memorial Day Weekend, we pause to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. For the LGBTQ Success Syndicate, this weekend is also a reminder that freedom, visibility, community, and opportunity are never things we take for granted. Many people sacrificed so future generations could live with more safety, more possibility, and more pride.

As LGBTQ entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals, and allies, let’s use this weekend to rest, reflect, reconnect, and remember what we are building together.
