Marketing Monday Tip: Stop Selling the Thing. Start Selling the Shift.
One of the biggest mistakes business owners make is marketing what they do instead of what their customer gets. People do not usually buy coaching, consulting, bookkeeping, design, catering, photography, wellness services, products, or memberships just because they sound nice. They buy because they want a shift. They want to feel more confident. They want to save time. They want to make more money. They want to look more professional. They want less stress. They want to be seen, supported, prepared, celebrated, or understood. So this week, look at one offer in your business and ask: “What changes for my customer after they say yes?” Then update one piece of your marketing to say that clearly. Instead of: “I offer social media management.” Try: “I help busy business owners show up consistently online without spending every day wondering what to post.” Instead of: “I sell handmade candles.” Try: “I create candles that help people turn ordinary evenings into calm, cozy rituals.” Your offer matters. But the transformation is what makes people pay attention. This week’s action step: Rewrite one bio, post, website section, or sales caption so it focuses less on the service and more on the result. That is how we create More Pride. More Profit. More Power.

Yup, yup, yes, completely. This. Right. Here. Especially in the age of AI, business owners are looking for HUMAN leadership and trust.
QUICK Marketing Tip!
Hey Small Business Owners - Here's a quick tip - Change your "Submit" button to something specific. Instead of "Submit," try "Send My Free Guide" or "Book My Call." Generic buttons get ignored. Specific buttons get clicked. 🚀 That's behavioral science, not magic. Go Be Awesome.

QUICK Marketing for Busy Small Business Owners
Hey small business owners - here's a quick tip that can be completed in less time than it takes to finish that cup of coffee. Search your own site: "[city name] + your service." If you serve a local area, type "Austin plumber" into Google. See if your site appears. If not, add your city to your homepage headline and meta description. 🚀 Local SEO is just being clear about where you are. Go Be Awesome.

@Scott Fullerton Oh! I'm down! How do I throw my hat in the ring for that?
Welcome Our Newest Member. Saturday Cartoon Faves?
Happy Saturday Syndicate Fam! Welcome to the weekend from a rainy NE Ohio. Please welcome to the group @Carin Chantel from Los Angeles. Carin is a Hairdresser and Podcaster, as well as Neurospicy, a fellow Coffee Lover after my own heart, and a Narrative Journalist. I hope you will tell us all a bit more about yourself and welcome to our wonderful group of LGBTQ Professionals. As I sit under my blanket in my comfortable recliner, sipping coffee and enjoying the rain on the window, I thought I would share my latest Daily Drip that reminds me of those lazy Saturdays as a kid..... What Saturday Morning Cartoons Can Teach Us About Life Remember when Saturday morning meant pajamas, cereal, cartoons, and absolutely no meetings? Those classic cartoon mornings were more than nostalgia. They were a weekly reminder that life needs wonder, laughter, and a little reset button. Whether you loved mystery-solving crews, superhero teams, talking animals, or wildly chaotic characters, Saturday cartoons gave us permission to start the day with imagination. Life works the same way. Some weeks feel like a cartoon chase scene: loud, fast, and full of unexpected obstacles. But the best characters kept going. They solved problems with friends, bounced back after mistakes, and somehow always found the lesson before the credits rolled. That is today’s Daily Drip: do not lose your Saturday morning spirit. Rest. Laugh. Refuel. Let your imagination stretch again. The adult world will always have deadlines, bills, strategy calls, and responsibilities. But your creativity needs play. Your heart needs joy. Your mind needs a break from being productive all the time. This weekend, give yourself permission to be a little more animated. Pay It Forward: Send someone a nostalgic message today: “What was your favorite Saturday morning cartoon?” Give them a reason to smile. Share in the comments what YOUR favorite Saturday morning cartoon was.

In my house, life STOPPED with Dungeons and Dragons. Put a little Captin' Crunch in there and it was perfection!

Happy Humpday Morning Syndicate Fam! I am still a bit in the grieving process and taking time off this week to process, but I hope you are all doing well. Please welcome to the group @Earnie Williams who joins us from Austin, who helps Ambitious Athletes build online coaching businesses with digital products, cohorts, & skool communities using their expertise & passions! We look forward to having you as part of the group, and please introduce yourself and tell us a little more about you when you can. Just FYI, the Skool platform has changed and upgraded their discoverability recently and our lil Success Syndicate community has the number 1 Ranking when you search for key words "LGBT" or "LGBTQ," we are #25 for "Business Consulting," # 21 for "Success" and a few more. That's all due to your group participation in the Success Syndicate. Hopefully we can drive even more lgbtq entrepreneurs and business leaders to the group to share their expertise, lead discussions, and offer referrals to help each of our businesses grow.........Enjoy the rest of your week.
