The problem with this being FREE

Guys, here's some honest talk...

The intention was to always keep access to this community free - but I've now seen a problem with that. We've got 66 members and I only ever see the same 3 or 4 active here.

Why? Because when you get something for free, you don't value it as much and don't make the most of it.

I would much rather have 40 members with really high engagement than 100 with very low engagement.

Therefore, once we hit 80 members, I'll be moving the free tier to £9/mo. DON'T WORRY - you guys already here, and anyone else who joins before we reach 80 will have grandfather rights and maintain your no cost access.

When people pay - even a little - the are more likely to either engage or leave. That is what I want.

So, take the opportunity. Any of your family or friends who you feel could benefit from access here, send them your referral link ASAP.
