Apologies for the wonkiness of this video. Experimenting with the Skool live format by showing you how I go through these workouts.
Facts: 1. you can always adjust or substitute exercises to fit what you have access to.
2. you can also regress exercises if you’re not ready for specific ones. Ex. Push ups to incline push ups.
3. I don’t have these workouts memorized. I write them down on the dry erase board you see on the door behind me.
