Ladies, I'm finalising my December recipes and wanted to share this one:
Roasted Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates with Hot Honey.
I know dates can be polarizing (you either love them or think they're too sweet), but...
What makes these a favourite of mine:
- Takes 30 minutes total
- Can make 3 days ahead
- The goat cheese balances the sweetness perfectly
- That hot honey drizzle 🔥
- They look SO fancy but are ridiculously easy
Quick breakdown: Medjool dates stuffed with creamy goat cheese, topped with orange-rosemary walnuts, roasted until golden, then drizzled with hot honey.
My questions for you:
- Would you make these for Christmas/New Year's?
- Team dates or no? (Be honest!)
- Would you prefer a video showing the technique or just the recipe?
I've tested these at dinner parties, and they disappeared every time, but I want to know if this is something YOU'D actually make or if I should swap it for something else.
Drop a 🙋♀️ if you're making these for the holidays! Drop a 🤔 if you need convincing about dates!
