Top 5 ways to process unprocessed emotion!
Unprocessed emotions holds us back, just in cases you don’t know, unprocessed emotion creates a dysregulated nervous system, which makes you be in a constant state of survival mode, and it messes up tons of areas of your life, and in this post I want to show you the top 5 ways to process this stuff.
  1. Shaking, this is the one I must commonly use, whenever I bring up a past unprocessed emotion, I like to shake for a couple minutes, and that weirdly enough works to process the specific trauma I am trying to heal.
  2. Exercise, this is a cool one, I have never done it, but of you meditate on a past trauma, sometimes to process your emotion from that, the gym can work great for that.
  3. Let it all out, this is the best one and is the one we should be aiming for every time we try heal our trauma, basically this one is all about just letting yourself cry or whatever after your bring up the past unhealed trauma, this is great, aim for this.
  4. Breathwork, I have heard of people who bring up their past unprocessed emotion, then they heal by doing breathwork, and that helps them regulate.
  5. Cold exposure, this is the final one, and before I explain this one I just want to say, get creative with this, a load of weird random things you would not expect work to process your emotion, cold exposure can work wonders, to heal your trauma.
