How I Learned to Stop Pressuring Myself so Much
(Don’t want to read? Scroll to the bottom to watch my video on this) Let me tell you a story, back when I was younger, I used to put myself under way too much pressure. With things outside of my control. I would focus on the outputs, instead of the inputs. I would get mad at my self if I did not hit x amount of money made last month, or whatever. I now know this is nonsense and focusing on things outside of your control, it is the shortcut to misery. I now know not to worry at all about external results, just do the inputs, do the work, show up as best as you can, that is all you can do, some months will be worse than others, some better and etc, it is what it is. So hopefully you can learn from my mistake and this will honestly be the best thing you could do for your healing / mental health journey. Thank you for reading, hope it was valuable.
