- Journal about it, this is the most common one, basically just journal about what ever specific past unhealed trauma it is you want to heal, it is that simple.
- Think / visualise, this is the one I use the most personally, basically just rewatching the mental movie of the incident playing out again, and thinking / meditating deeply on it.
- Write the story, similar to the journaling one, you can literally just write out the whole story of your trauma, this works best for significant unprocessed emotions, like of your whole life you had family trauma.
- Video’s, this is a strange one, but it works, basically recording videos of yourself talking about your past trauma’s, that can really help to bring up the past emotion.
- Talk about it, you do this only with a very trusted friend or family member, and make sure that you know they would be accepting and understanding of you break down crying and stuff.
