Okay but… has anyone seen the painting where there are THREE pairs of worn-out shoes? Van Gogh really said “same shoes, different era.” He kept repainting them over the years, and honestly I see a guy following his heart, leveling up his skills, and multiplying meaning, impact, and maybe even his bank account?without ever upgrading the actual footwear. Not shiny new shoes, just tired ones with history, trauma, and a story to tell. Rebirth… but make it blistered. 👟😂 What do YOU see? 👀

@Toni Cox Right? Apparently he bought them at a flea market, they didn’t fit, and instead of throwing them out, he turned them into art. Imagine your bad shopping decisions becoming museum pieces. Simpler times, truly 😝
Stuck
So lately, I have found myself “stuck” if you will, spiritually as well as mentally. Old thinking patterns and behaviors have returned to my dismay. I have found myself straying from my spiritual path, and struggling a bit with everything. Would love some lived experience input! Thank you, and have a blessed day!

Each time I feel stuck, I remind myself that life moves like a wave, bobbing between light and dark. When old patterns or heaviness appear, they don’t stay. They come, and they go. Even when I stray from the spiritual path, I notice something still shifts. If you look closely at yourself, you’ll notice at least one small shift since the last time you strayed. Change is always happening, even when it’s quiet. I think of it like gaming. There were levels I couldn’t beat no matter how much effort or emotion I poured in. Frustration would rise. But when I stepped away and came back, it was suddenly easy. Or like searching for something everywhere, only to find it once you stop looking. Spirituality feels the same. Sometimes you burn out and turn inward. That isn’t failure. It’s a reset. A sort of grounding. If I had one thing to say, it would be this. When negative thoughts creep in, remember your long-term vision and stay there. Each time, it becomes easier to swim back and forth 🌊

Thanks for sharing! Today is one of those days where everything on the surface feels like it’s falling apart. A nice pause in my day to just be here now 😊
What is the difference
between emotions, feelings, sensations. And why our brain produce so many unnecessery thoughts?

My personal conclusion is that thoughts, feelings, actions, and even physical sensations are powering the universe in some unseen way, and that there really is no meaningful difference between them. They are not passive or meaningless. They are active forces. Because of that, no thought is truly unnecessary, even the ones we do not understand or wish we did not have. I could sit with this idea much longer, but I suspect that hurrying toward a clean, final answer would only cheapen it. Some truths need to be lived with before they can be understood. I also think that thought is not as isolated as we like to believe. There seems to be a kind of shared current, especially between people who are emotionally close. Anyone who has spent time around someone in deep grief, joy, or anxiety knows how easily those states can spill over. It is less like ideas being transmitted and more like tuning into the same frequency without realizing it. This is where intrusive thoughts come to mind. Many women experience them after giving birth, what was once brushed off as the baby blues. These thoughts can be sudden, disturbing, sometimes violent, or simply relentlessly negative, and they often feel foreign, as though they did not originate from the self at all. They arrive uninvited and leave people questioning their own character. I do not believe those thoughts are random. I think there is a connection between a person’s wellbeing and which stream of thought they are able to draw from. When the body is exhausted, the nervous system overwhelmed, or the spirit depleted, it may be easier to slip into darker, more chaotic currents. When we are supported, grounded, and cared for, different thoughts seem to surface, ones that are gentler, clearer, and more aligned with who we actually are.
