InBody Measurement This Thursday at SAP
This Thursday, January 22, 2026, we’ll be doing InBody body composition measurements at SAP📍 Gym – 9th floor InBody is more than just stepping on a scale. Its modern body composition analysis that shows how your body is built and how it functions, using safe bioelectrical impedance technology. In just a few minutes, you’ll get insights into: - muscle mass - body fat - hydration - metabolism - overall body balance 💡 Do you want to know: - how strong your body really is - whether your body fat levels are optimal - if you’re properly hydrated - how much energy your body needs each day - how balanced your body composition is - whether your progress is moving in the right direction - and how to use clear data to guide your training and lifestyle 👉 If yes, come by this Thursday. We’ll be happy to measure you and give you a quick explanation of your results on the spot.A more detailed interpretation can be done later with your personal trainer or at a quieter time. InBody Measurement This Thursday at SAP
New year, new monthly challenges! 🦾
We are kicking off another year of challenges and this is already our 3rd round, so we hope you are staying consistent and having fun with it. If you are new here, here is how it works: every month we run a different challenge, and it is a simple way to learn more about yourself and where you stand in a specific strength parameter. This month we are testing grip strength using a hand dynamometer. We have one available in our SAP gym, but you can definitely find one elsewhere too. So let’s go, start strong with month one and we are keeping our fingers crossed that you will stick with us for the whole year! And of course, we appreciate everyone who joins.
