A Beautiful Reminder About Patience
, thank you for sharing this.
I really loved hearing you talk about your daughters and the gratitude you feel watching them grow into their own lives. The way you described their freedom to choose their own path, in their own way and on their own timeline, was really beautiful. You can feel how much love and respect is there.
I also appreciated what you shared about patience.
That line about how the “old you” wouldn’t have had the patience to spend five minutes breathing probably hit home for a lot of people. And now those few minutes after the gym and before bed are helping you regulate, slow down, and sleep better. That’s powerful.
It’s such a good reminder that sometimes the real shift isn’t doing more, it’s learning how to be with what is.
Curious for everyone reading this:
Where in your life are you being asked to practice a little more patience right now?
