First Drop-In, A Strong Start 🤍
The first drop-in was really meaningful and fruitful! What stood out most wasn’t tactics, it was the connection. Everyone shared openly about personal life and business. Real conversations. Honest reflections. No filters. You could feel the trust building in real time. This is exactly the kind of space we’re creating, where you can talk about what’s actually happening behind the scenes. Thank you all for showing up the way you did. Grateful for the energy in this group already. See you all on the next drop-in. 💬

Waheguru: From Darkness to Light
I’m really grateful for the space we created today. 💛 My parents have practiced mantra meditation for years, and one chant that has stayed with me is Waheguru. Recently, I experienced firsthand how powerful simple repetition can be. There was restlessness. There was discomfort. There was unsettled energy in the room. We didn’t try to control it. We didn’t try to force calm. We just sat and repeated the mantra. Slowly, something shifted. Breathing deepened. The body softened. Stillness returned. It reminded me of something important: Meditation isn’t always about feeling something big. Sometimes it’s about regulating the nervous system. Sometimes it’s about creating safety through sound. Sometimes it’s working deeper than we can see. If your practice ever feels simple or quiet, don’t underestimate it. Repetition creates rhythm. Rhythm creates regulation. Regulation creates space. If you missed today’s session, here’s the replay. We’re also hosting a Drop In this Friday, invite a friend or anyone who might need grounding here. See you all on Wednesday. 💛

Loved this one. I ended up breathing at half the speed, and I think my nervous system appreciated the calm.
Daily Journal Practice
Here's where my day starts... After 13 months of this practice, I wake with an empty mind, excited to sit down with my journal (and cup of cofffee), to create my day from scratch. I write out the template for my journal, then take a few minutes to enjoy my morning coffee and listen to some relaxing music ... Within a few minutes, I'm writing and describing the day I intend to create.

I was curious about how you structured this. I am excited to try this. Thank you for sharing your routine with us!
The Four Agreements
Hi everyone! I am thinking about re-reading "The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz. I read it a couple years ago and also went on a retreat, and it totally changed my perspective on living a peaceful life. I hear when you re-read it, you always take away something new. If anyone is interested in joining me, here is the book on Amazon! https://a.co/d/bB9aj84

I have it on my shelf, and I am grateful for the nudge to read it again.
