A Moment to Recenter
@Andrea Leslie shared something beautiful in today’s space. Her intention this month and this year is to be more intentional and present with her time and the people around her. She noticed how easily life gets busy, how quickly we slip into autopilot and how often that pulls us away from truly showing up. What stood out most was her awareness. Catching herself. Gently reminding herself to put the phone away. To sit. To be. To really be with her family. That’s not small. That’s soul care in real life. As you move through your days, where are you acting with intention and where might you be on autopilot? Today’s meditation was an invitation to pause, reconnect with your breath, and gently notice where the noise, tension, or emotions may have pulled you off your path — and where you’ve found your way back. Sometimes the path is clear. Sometimes it’s heavy. Sometimes we don’t make it to the top. All of it belongs. This is a great description of the practice, @Andrea Leslie ... starting with intention, being pulled away, noticing, returning to presence, repeat 😂 I liken my day to a tennis game. All day long, I have shots I have to be in position to deal with. And like a great tennis player has learned to do, as soon as the shot has been made, the goal is to return to my midline. From the midline, the next shot will be reachable. If I linger in admiring or wallowing, I'm not in a position to find peace before the next one comes my way.
Who Would You Be Without the Story?
I’ve been sitting with this idea lately, we’re everything, and we’re nothing. So much of how we move through our days is shaped by labels, patterns, and narratives we’ve built about who we are and what’s possible for us. But what if we didn’t operate from those stories? What if we softened the limits and allowed ourselves to become who we truly sense we’re meant to be? Alongside this reflection, I’ve shared a new meditation on YouTube. It offers a quiet space to slow down, become aware of the narratives shaping your day, and rest in something more open and spacious. If you’ve been craving a moment of clarity, spaciousness, or just a chance to breathe and be with yourself, I’d love for you to watch it: 👉 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0yBBhvtguYQ After you watch, notice what came up for you. Did anything shift? Did you glimpse a version of yourself beyond the narrative? I’d love to hear 💛

Thanks for this, @Gurminder Banga A great practice to integrate before my morning intentions... felt like a cleansing of any residual from yesterday. Clears the body and mind to powerfully imagine what today can be.
Today’s Session Highlight! ✨
@Andrew Moss thank you for sharing a really helpful morning practice and for walking us through your daily journaling practice as well 🙏 Starting the day with a clear mind and intentionally choosing the energy and emotional state you want to bring into the day is such a powerful way to support what’s on your calendar and what you want to accomplish. If anyone’s interested, you can also check out Andrew’s post where he shares how he does his journaling practice. Watch the full meditation video in the classroom, and feel free to share if this resonates with you or if you have a morning ritual that helps set your day 💛
