Reconnecting from Toes to Stars: The Practice of Deep Rest 🤍
Reconnecting from Toes to Stars: The Practice of Deep Rest 🤍 Sometimes we wake up feeling as though our bodies never truly rested, carrying physical fatigue and subtle tension straight into the day. Today’s practice was a gentle invitation to move beyond standard sleep and step into conscious, physical restoration. Highlights from Today's Session - The Cleansing Exhale: Releasing stress, negativity, and toxic energy with every sigh, while breathing in calm, balance, peace, and ease. - Full-Body Light Scan: Guiding a glowing ball of light upward from the toes, through the spine, shoulders, and jaw, all the way to the top of the head. - Cosmic Expansion & Return: Expanding our awareness high into the trees, clouds, outer atmosphere, and stars, then bringing that expansive energy back down into the heart center to anchor us. Reflections for Your Week - What physical space in your body is asking for permission to unburden and let go today? - How can you pause during a busy moment to reconnect with your breath and bring energy back to your heart center? If you weren't able to join us live, take a few moments today to close your eyes, breathe into your heart, and restore your energy. You can catch the full replay here! 🤍

Finding Your Oasis Before the Checklist Begins 🤍
Thank you, @Andrea Leslie and @Kristi Drago-Price, for bringing such honest reflections, grounding energy, and warmth to our start of the week 🤍 Our conversation today opened up a powerful realization about how essential it is to create a buffer of calm before diving into life's endless to-do lists and big transitions. Andrea shared how grounding it felt to return to practice and cultivate a sense of physical peace before facing a swirling, busy week ahead. Kristi reflected on using our breathwork as a cleansing bridge to shift from vacation mode back into reality, anchoring into a serene Tuscan memory as she prepares for the emotional milestone of dropping her son off at college this week. It was such a sweet reminder that when we take time to pause, even for just 30 minutes, we give our minds a chance to clear out the emotional noise, reconnect with real presence, and meet life's next chapters with steady clarity. So I’m curious: Where in your week can you build in a mini "oasis moment" to catch your breath before jumping into your next big checklist or transition? If you missed this session, you can catch the replay here. Excited to see everyone on Wednesday! 😊

The Generational Garden: Savoring the Space We Build 🤍
Thank you, @Jill Pidcock, for bringing such deep reflection, warmth, and perspective to our group today and a huge congratulations to @Grace Brown on her sweet new addition, baby Gemma!🤍 Our conversation today opened up a powerful realization about our "generational gardens", how we look back at the spaces cultivated by those before us and decide what we choose to nurture in our own lives today. Her moving evolution from a family history of hard labor and functional rock walls to intentionally building a shaded pergola with a swinging chair in her own garden, a space specifically created to pause, breathe, and savor the moment. It was such a grounding reminder that while we inherit the strength, soil, and hard work of previous generations, we hold the power to build a sanctuary for ourselves. We don't just have to keep tending to the labor; we get to create and enjoy a space of peace for ourselves and the generations coming up behind us. So I’m curious: What is one value or practice from your family's history that you want to keep nurturing and where in your life are you ready to create more space to slow down and savor the moment today? If you missed this session, you can catch the replay here. Excited to see everyone next week! 😊

Finding Clarity in a Busy Season 🤍
Hi everyone! Just wanted to drop a quick note to say how special today’s meditation and group share felt. There was such a grounding energy to our practice today, especially around the idea of stepping out of overthinking. @Courtney Armbrust's reflection really stuck with me, how she’s heading into a super busy work season feeling deeply grateful, yet a bit overwhelmed by all the moving parts. Her share about using this practice to give her brain a needed rest was such a sweet, real-life reminder that taking a pause gives us the clarity we need to think straight and make better decisions. Starting the morning like this felt like a big, grounding exhale. It was a gentle reminder that when we pause to reset, navigating high-energy seasons with focus and presence comes so much easier. Thank you to everyone who showed up and shared so openly today, it always makes these conversations feel so real and genuine. If you couldn't make it live, you can catch the replay here. Looking forward to seeing everyone on Wednesday! 😊

Finding Clarity in a Busy Season 🤍
What If Rest Isn't Just Free Time, But Intentional Presence?
Thank you, @Andrea Leslie, for such a grounding and deeply insightful conversation today 🤍 Your reflection brought up an incredible takeaway about what actually happens when we commit to a daily practice. All those quiet moments sitting with our breath aren't just for the present moment, they are silently conditioning our nervous systems for the future. They build our capacity to break old, habitual cycles of spiraling into worst-case scenarios when life throws something unexpected our way. It was such a powerful reminder that inner peace isn't about having all the answers or controlling every outcome. It’s about creating enough space between a stressor and our reaction so that we can step into a room as a steady, reassuring anchor rather than absorbing the panic around us. When we slow down and settle our nervous systems, we give ourselves permission to trust the process, step out of fear, and meet uncertainty with calm and steady grace. So I’m curious: Where in your life can you step back from old default patterns of worry and choose a grounded, peaceful response instead? How can you offer yourself a little extra grace when navigating the unknown this week? If you couldn't make it live, you can catch the replay here. Excited to connect with everyone again on Monday! 😊
