Hi everyone! I really enjoy every meditation and group conversation with you all! There was something so calming about today's practice as we look ahead to a fresh new month. It felt like such a grounding way to begin the day, and a beautiful reminder that when we release the heavy obligations placed on us by the outside world and lean into our own stillness, the right path forward naturally clears up for us.
