Resilience, Wisdom, and New Beginnings
@Lillian Wright shared something powerful in today’s space. She reflected on how much of 2025 has brought unexpected struggles and how proud she is of the way she showed up anyway. Even when the year felt heavy, she recognized her own resilience and growth. What stood out most was her intention to stop striving and start trusting. Instead of constantly trying to be “better,” she’s choosing to become more familiar with her intrinsic wisdom and allow herself to mature into her feminine knowing. Not chasing. Not proving. Just accepting what is already there. @Jill Pidcock thank you for naming internal wisdom and helping open this reflection and thank you @Simrin Dhillon for leading today’s session while I’m under the weather! @Grace Brown congratulations on expecting a baby girl, this community is overjoyed to celebrate this new life with you.💗 If you missed today’s meditation, you can watch it here

Thank you so much for having this meditation space Gurminder! I hope that you feel better soon!
Something from today’s meditation
Hey everyone!😊 I came across Wayne Dyer's video and it reminded me of something that was mentioned in today’s meditation. This would be a nice watch before the new year especially around coming from a different perspective, feeling less overwhelmed, and easing out of hustle culture into just being more yourself. Sharing here in case it resonates with you or anyone else. @Lillian Wright I remembered what you shared earlier and I hope this offers a helpful perspective as you head into the new year.🥰

oh my gosh @Kaye Myzelle ! thank you so much for sending this! I wrote down his name in hopes of googling later! You saved me the time! It was really nice to see everyone today! I have a new goal for 2026 which is to make this meditation practice a priority and try to schedule around it vs. work always being first. Happy New Year!
