It never ceases to amaze me how, when and where setting intentions and utilizing breath works is influencing my life. This past week I tried Tai Chi for the first time. Breath works is very much a part of this activity, and I found it so calming.
Taking this 3 day course is one of the best things I’ve done for myself, for my healing.
I just want to thank you for your passion is sharing this workshop. I’ve shared with family and friends who may benefit from it.
