You are Not Your Body, Thoughts, or Emotions
Next time you feel exhausted and say "I am exhausted" catch yourself.
Instead, say "I have a feeling of XYZ" or "I have a thought XYZ" to separate the I that is "you."
Your ego's current reactive state is not you.
Whatever you say after the words "I am . . . " are VERY POWERFUL.
So choose wisely. 😊
ACTION: Notice the next time you say "I am . . " and what follows.
If it's not empowering, choose other words. If it was empowering give yourself a pat on the back.
