What are your New Year's Intentions?
I’m not one for New Years Resolutions- I rather prefer to set intentions. Some might argue that there the same, but the framing, for me, is the difference. How about you? Do you make a list of New Year’s resolutions? Or intentions? Share them if you like, or any thoughts on them!

Also not one for resolutions and gravitate more towards a word or saying. This year I'm going with ✨Focused Creativity ✨
What health care worker do you need to thank?
During the pandemic people in New York banged on pots every night to thank health care workers during that stressful time. But we need to be thankful every day for those who work tirelessly to keep us healthy. Is there a particular doctor, nurse, physical therapist or psychologist whom you'd especially like to thank this week? Today is Thankful Thursday!

From my perspective, massage therapists are health care workers and I'm beyond thankful for anytime I get to treat myself to a session. There is definitely an art form to massage therapy and sometimes you can even feel uplifting or healing energy in motion.

Hi @Heather Kohlmeister. Is there an Ignite call today? It was on the calendar but Zoom shows waiting for host.
Please Welcome Heather as our Community Manager!
It's my pleasure to introduce you to @Heather Kohlmeister hired as SolJoy's latest team member! So excited to have her role as an Executive Virtual Assistant and to help support this community and it's leadership moving forward. If you don't know Heather, she has a super calming presence, attention to detail, reliable follow through and someone who does the inner work as one of our most active SolJoy members present for our live classes. She LOVES getting her hands in the dirt of her garden and she currently just snowbirded to Nicaragua with her husband and 2 daughters this past month! You can find her in Sacramento, CA other times of the year. Please give her a warm welcome! If you need any technical support, please DM Heather or add it to the Questions thread under the Tech Support here: https://www.skool.com/soljoy/technical-tech-support-questions

Grateful to you all! Meaningful Traditions to Connect
Thank you for you all being part of this community. So proud to see us grow organically since our inception in July from 0 to now over 185 members today. 🥰 My family just played a game on a road trip to my Mom's for Family Feast Day (my new name for Thanksgiving after watching a video on what Thanksgiving signifies for the indigenous) approaches. We asked each other one question that the other two had to answer. I asked "What's the most meaningful milestone from this past year?" My husband Leo asked "What's one thing you admire or are proud of that the other person did? My 14 year old son Eli asked "What's one thing growing up you did that no longer exists today?" Rather than all be plugged into our headsets and phones disconnected, we connected for way over an hour through this activity. This will definitely will become a new family tradition. This year, I plan on having the family do a volunteer service project to those in need. Leo chose a family adventure in nature to go to Northwest Trek, a wildlife tour. Comment below: What's a new (or existing) tradition that creates connection with loved ones over the holidays?

@Anna Choi Me neither and it was a lot of fun! There were a few families attending the live Zoom together. If you're intrigued, check to see if Creative Mornings offers recordings.

@Margo Hammond Same! Would definitely recommend that session. It was just so wholesome - they even had a potato playlist.
