Done. Watched the video twice, I’m already laughing, and I will try the happy walk with affirmations on a walk with the dog.

On Wednesdays I have Tai Chi classes, so I will probably miss some Wednesday events. I will be happy to do the replay.
Relationship with Emotions
In the spirit of learning about one another as a community: What is your favorite emotion and why? What is your most comfortable emotion and why? What is the emotion you avoid the most and why?

My favorite emotion is contentment. A calm, inner happiness that feels steady and true. I feel most comfortable when I am serene and in balance, carried by the emotion of tranquility. I tend to avoid hyper-emotions, as they drain my energy and push me into overthinking, whether it’s excitement, anger, or even excessive happiness.
What supports your mindfulness practices more?
Which live class below would support your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual growth the most? Or that you'd want to have more than once a week?

The combination of all three is excellent. I think Qigong would suit me best in addition. Unfortunately, I will skip meditation again today because I have a conference, but tomorrow I will definitely meditate on my own
When will You Rest Next? (Mojo Monday Weekly Challenge 5)
I got an email from a community member sharing " Leaders are often asked to stretch, to raise their hand, to do more. We’re rarely asked to do less, say no, or pause. I’m deeply interested in how we navigate that tension between ambition and sustainability." All too often we don't rest. We finish and keep moving to the next thing, afraid to slow down or *gasp* stop. In spirit of going slower to rest and recharge, here's your challenge for week 5. MOJO MONDAY WEEKLY CHALLENGE 5 Block your next period of time off to truly relax and rest. Vacations may or may not count if you don't get real rest. If you accept, comment below "ACCEPT". When done, reply back to your accept comment "DONE" and comment on 2 other people's posts. If you completed Mojo Monday Weekly Challenge 4--let us know here on this post! And comment on at least 2 other people's post! Each Monday, you'll receive a weekly challenge practice to do in the next 48 hours that will help you look and feel 20 years younger. Challenge runs through end of September 2025. 2 more weeks!

Accept & Done. Since I had a very busy summer with only short breaks, I’m planning a week of sailing with my family in October. That will be a real holiday. Sun, sea, books… In October I’m also going on a short trip with my friends to Porto in Portugal. These holidays will be more dynamic, but perfect for switching off my mind. So yes, October will be my month of rest.

@Anna Choi Yes, almost every October, I go sailing with my family and take an extended weekend trip with my friends.
