MOJO MONDAY WEEKLY CHALLENGE 4
Track nourishing vs draining energy activities over 1-3 days using a free app like Toggl, your planner, journal, or scratch piece of paper.
Mark by each activity with a symbol to denote if it was nourishing/pleasant, draining/unpleasant, neutral, or mastery (meaning it wasn't pleasant but proud you did it ie. finishing taxes)
For example:
N=nourishing
D=draining
0= neutral
M=Mastery
Then take a pic of your activity log and post here!!!
