Pre-Leasing
Has anyone had success pre-leasing units? How early did you start marketing for pre-leasing? Were any platforms better than others for pre-leasing? I've typically used Facebook Marketplace, but a lot of the leads through Facebook are looking for space ASAP. Curious if any other platforms (Crexi, Loopnet, etc) have been more successful for this?
