Is anyone doing this?
made an interesting remark about testing market demand with pre-lease ads, and I’m curious if anyone is trying this on marketplace with 3D models or floor plan images.
Obviously don’t want to break any rules, but if you could test tenant interest in a region quickly, it would be a huge boon prior to putting earnest money down.
