Hotshots - What would you do if you had to start over?
Built a 4-Bay, rented it out in 30 days. Should cashflow awesome. Building for $55/SF renting for $14.25/SF/YR in WV and its not even a hot market. I'd put my product more towards luxury/business storage.
I feel like I'm on to something.. BUT
I'm not daddy Warbucks. Currently a GC project manager, make about $100K, have a wife and 3 kids. Middle class grind. Dipped the savings, sold silver bars, took a loan on the house to build the first one. Money down is my biggest constraint.
Condo-ing? Sell some as spec? Get investor money? Camp out and save up $$$?
