Happy first of the month. Here's what I keep noticing. Someone asks a question at 2pm and three of you answer before I even see it. THANK YOU!! Special thanks to Joe Tyndall, Rob Cole, and KJ. They top the 30-day leaderboard, and it shows up in the way they work. First to post, first to cheer, first to help someone who is stuck. Jane Howard wrote, "Call it a clan, call it a network, call it a tribe, call it a family. Whatever you call it, whoever you are, you need one." That's what this is. Writing a book is lonely work, and you have made it less lonely for each other. This month's leaderboard winner is Bruce Wayne. Your prize ... well you get to pick from the swag closet. Connect with @Angela Jones at [email protected], and she'll tell you what she has and you can choose. There's almost certainly books, journals, mugs, and pens. Sometimes she has shirts or bags. Thank you for making this group special!! Julie

Three significant changes to KDP policies, effective for new preorders starting today: 1. You can now set preorders for up 18 months instead of 12 months 2. You can delay a preorder up to 6 months instead of 1 month 3. You can delay a preorder twice before penalty instead of once

This group works because you show up for each other. You answer questions that have nothing to do with your own book. You share what worked and what flopped. You cheer for launches. That is not normal, and I do not take it for granted. "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together." Congrats to our leaderboard winner this month - Jennifer Henry. Email Angela at [email protected] and she will send you some Book Launchers swag. Thank you all. Keep showing up for each other. Julie

Sorry for the late notice everyone, but today's Monday coaching call (Aug 10th) and next week's (17th) are cancelled and I'll start them back up again the following Monday on August 24th. Thanks to everyone who comes in every Monday to chat, and I look forward to seeing you all again in a few weeks!
