Hello , so , I have not been using this app much since I have been busy and didn't have much doubts. A lot of relatives are here at my place ...so the problem is , I am not getting the time to workout...so what should I do if I don't have much time but I don't wanna loose my muscle memory ( which won't last if I don't workout for continuous 3 days ) and how long does it take to regain the lost muscle memory ( if u have not worked out for 4-5 days straight)
