Hi I'm 20 yr old , I have been training calisthenics for last 4 months now I have unlocked muscle up but it still need much more perfection and proper form I can do 40 clean push ups I can do diamond , archer , fist and all finger(only 5 to 10) push ups too , i can do 15 to 20 clean pull ups I have been training my biceps and abs too , my total workout time is upto 2.5 hrs a day and i try do it everyday except Sunday as a rest day ,i do everything in public park their are no proper equipments but still I have seen improvements in my body but I don't know why I feel my strength gain is not happening as I feel it should be I have been having pain in my left wrist and arm while training from last 2 weeks becuz of that I have not been able to workout properly my arm is good it's just the pain comes while I'm training after some sets , I think my left arm is little weak compared to my right arm which is common but I am having problem solving this plzz help me and yes I have not gained much of muscles but I have lost some fat from my belly and I am building my core too but I think I should gain some muscles too what should I do plzz guide, it would be great and very nice of you if you helped thankyou 🙏
