Day 2
Today I took my friend to park and asked him to hold my knees and support me while doing pullups because I don't have a resistance band 💀lol I was able to do
5 reps in starting then in next set on the 3rd rep i was failing but I asked him to support me then I did sets with 5 reps till 30 reps total
