We will continue a similar plan as the last challenges that were posted. This week will have a basic « bare minimum » challenge, and an « above and beyond challenge » Challenge 1 (basic) - 12,000 steps daily - Drink 2L of water daily - Go out in the sun for 30 minutes minimum - Sleep 8.5 hours - Eat all natural foods (organic, non ultra processed ) - Clean your home (mental health cheat code) Challenge 2 (advanced) - walk a total of 150,000 steps this week. - No alcohol or weed - No screen time from 11pm-9am - Everything from challenge 1. Super excited to see everyone’s progress! Sorry for the gap in challenges, I haven’t had much cell service, and it’s lead to inconsistencies. This won’t be a problem in the future.
