Hey, Can you guys help me unlock levels i am not able to do anything in the community.
CHALLENGES
We will continue a similar plan as the last challenges that were posted. This week will have a basic « bare minimum » challenge, and an « above and beyond challenge » Challenge 1 (basic) - 12,000 steps daily - Drink 2L of water daily - Go out in the sun for 30 minutes minimum - Sleep 8.5 hours - Eat all natural foods (organic, non ultra processed ) - Clean your home (mental health cheat code) Challenge 2 (advanced) - walk a total of 150,000 steps this week. - No alcohol or weed - No screen time from 11pm-9am - Everything from challenge 1. Super excited to see everyone’s progress! Sorry for the gap in challenges, I haven’t had much cell service, and it’s lead to inconsistencies. This won’t be a problem in the future. Thank you for your patience!

First week of work completed, not stopping the grind. 4hr hike up to St Marks Summit. Gotta keep myself more accountable for mysleep schedule tho.

Been consitent with exercise. Woke up early and went out for a hike in deepcove. I feel like hiking has definetly improved qol Found a better company to work for. Starting new job monday, gotta adjust to my change in schedule. Full-time job can be tiring but I gotta make sure I dont slack off. Been consistent with gym and meals so far. Havn't skated in a few days so im gonna make it my goal this week to get out and land some tricks. Good progress learning how to create faceless content. Currently editing my first video. I might also get into personal branding as well. I think the main thing stopping me is that im not used to talking into a camera(shy) and not sure what type of content or message I would like to put out.
