CHALLENGES
We will continue a similar plan as the last challenges that were posted. This week will have a basic « bare minimum » challenge, and an « above and beyond challenge »
Challenge 1 (basic)
  • 12,000 steps daily
  • Drink 2L of water daily
  • Go out in the sun for 30 minutes minimum
  • Sleep 8.5 hours
  • Eat all natural foods (organic, non ultra processed )
  • Clean your home (mental health cheat code)
Challenge 2 (advanced)
  • walk a total of 150,000 steps this week.
  • No alcohol or weed
  • No screen time from 11pm-9am
  • Everything from challenge 1.

Sorry for the gap in challenges, I haven’t had much cell service, and it’s lead to inconsistencies. This won’t be a problem in the future. Thank you for your patience!
